RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Our customer satisfaction is of great importance to us. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, including sale items.
Please note that we do not accept open purchase on final sale items. Exchanges or returns are not available for these products.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original tags attached. Returns or exchanges should be sent back with all original packaging materials such as wrapping, thank-you note, or dust bag.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Return cost will be deducted on the refund. However exchange shipping is for free.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.
Refunds include the item price and the original standard shipping cost (excluding any express surcharge), minus any return shipping cost if our label was used.
SHIPPING
All full-price items are shipped with DHL Express or UPS. Sale items and Nordic European orders may be shipped with PostNord.
Orders are handled within 24 hours.
Outside of EU there may be duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
US, UK & Australia - Delivery Duty Paid
Refused orders when reached country, will be deducted original shipping cost, return fee and eventual handling cost.
A tracking number will always be provided to your email address.
