Prices include VAT. No customs duties within the EU.
Delivered Duty Paid: all duties and taxes are included in the price. Nothing more to pay on delivery.
Import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife): Standard Delivery €20, free on orders over €500 (3–5 business days). Express Delivery €40 (1–3 business days). The Canary Islands are outside the EU VAT area, so import taxes may apply.
Order handling
Orders are packed and dispatched from our atelier in Gothenburg within 1–2 business days.
During sales, holidays and new releases, dispatch can occasionally take a little longer. We always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with DHL and UPS. A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Duties & taxes
EU: prices include VAT and there are no customs duties.
United States, United Kingdom, Australia & Japan: Delivered Duty Paid. All duties and taxes are included in the price.
Other countries: import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are free. For returns, the cost of our return label is deducted from your refund.
Sale items can be returned in the EU and the United Kingdom; in all other countries they are final sale.
