To start a return or exchange, register it below with your order number and email address. We will get back to you as soon as possible with everything you need.
Register a return or exchange
How it works
- Register your return or exchange with the form above.
- Once your return is confirmed, we email you a return label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging and with all tags attached, and drop the parcel off with the carrier.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we refund your original payment method or send your exchange.
Our policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are free – we cover the shipping both ways.
- For returns, the cost of our return label is deducted from your refund. You can also send the parcel yourself, at your own cost, with a tracked service.
- Refunds include the item price and the original standard shipping cost, and are made within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags.
- Sale items can be returned in the EU and the United Kingdom. In all other countries, sale items are final sale.
- Duties and taxes are not refunded. In the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, where they are included in the price, they are deducted from your refund.
- Custom and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned.
